By using Teko you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Teko is operated by Gabriel Velasco, an individual, contact tekoappsuporte@gmail.com.

What Teko is

An app that supports physical training and wellbeing. It organises, suggests and tracks; it does not replace medical assessment or the guidance of a health or physical education professional. See Intended Use.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for judging whether you are fit to exercise and for stopping any activity that causes pain or discomfort. The information you record drives the suggestions — inaccurate data produces inaccurate suggestions. Do not use Teko to instruct other people as if it were a prescription.

Limits of the artificial intelligence

The assistant's answers are generated by artificial intelligence, may contain errors, and are presented as suggestions for you to review. It does not create, change or apply training on its own. See Teko Intelligence.

Account and access

You can use Teko with a Google account or with a local account on the device. Keeping your password, PIN and recovery code safe is your responsibility: because the data is encrypted on the device, it cannot be recovered if those credentials are lost.

Your data and your backups

The data is yours and stays on your device. The encrypted backup is created by you, protected by a password only you know, and stored wherever you choose. Losing the file or the password means losing that backup — there is no recovery copy. See Privacy Policy.

Availability

The app works offline; features that depend on the internet — the assistant, Health Connect and maps — may become unavailable without notice. There is no guarantee of continuous availability, nor that any given feature will remain forever.

Acceptable use

You may not use Teko for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass its protections, extract other users' data, or overload the infrastructure serving the assistant.

Limitation of liability

Teko is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for injury, damage or loss arising from use of the app, including data loss caused by device failure, uninstallation or a lost password. Nothing here removes rights granted to consumers by Brazilian law.

Changes and termination

These terms may change; material changes will be announced in the app. You may stop using Teko at any time by deleting your data and uninstalling — see Account and data deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with the consumer's domicile as the competent forum for disputes.
