This agreement governs the use of the Teko software, licensed by Gabriel Velasco. It complements the Terms of Use.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable and non-exclusive licence to install and use Teko on devices you own, for personal and non-commercial purposes. The software is licensed, not sold.
The app, its brand, its texts, its educational content and the logic that builds and adjusts training belong to the licensor and remain protected. The data you record is yours — this licence transfers no rights over it.
Teko is built on open-source libraries whose licences can be read inside the app under Settings › About › Licences. The assistant is served by an external artificial intelligence provider (Fireworks AI) through an application programming interface — the app does not distribute or embed third-party models.
Updates may change, add or remove features. Older versions may stop working with external services.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The limitations of liability in the Terms of Use apply in full to this agreement, subject to consumer rights granted by law.
The licence lasts as long as you use the app and terminates automatically if you breach these conditions. On termination, uninstall Teko; your data, being on the device, goes with it.
